Glen Lyon

This is the huge opening, or collapse, of a mine in Glen Lyon. You could fit a house inside the hole leading to the mine. The mouth of the hole is about fifty feet tall. At the bottom of the hole you can get into the mine at two locations. The mine comes out the other side of the hill, which is only a little ways from the big opening. You can see where the mine kept going but because of rockfalls, we weren't able to continue any further.
